Here It Comes donated to Tour de Cure for cancer

A pleasure to donate ‘Here it Comes’ to a great charity; Tour de Cure.  They’re throwing a party to raise money for Tour de Cure at the Nomad brewery in Brookvale Friday 8 April. There will be heaps of food, fun, beer, music and raffles to enjoy.

Here it Comes Wave is painted on watercolour paper 640gsm using inks and iridescent green and white pearl so it sort of shimmers when caught in the light.

Painting is 58cms x 38.5cms and framed in a floating white frame so total dimensions are 78cms x 59cms.  Here It Comes will be for sale at my first solo exhibition first 2 weeks of September at Breathing Colours Gallery, Darling Street Balmain.  If you want an invite to the late afternoon soirée please let me know sally@sallymills.com.au.    There will also be limited edition giclée prints available.

Here it Comes Wave is part of Amongst the Waves collection and is my take on the tip of the wave as it builds up momentum on it’s journey to the shore.  It’s a warm sunny day and the crest of the wave is just starting to foam.
