SallyMills.Gallery Terms of Service (“Agreement”)

Please read these Terms of Service completely using SallyMills.Gallery. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at SallyMills.Gallery, and by extension the products and services included.
By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site and purchasing from the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Your privacy is protected at all times. The information requested from you, will vary according to the purpose, but will generally include your name, email address, phone number and postal details. If you are making a purchase you may use your Pay Pal account or credit card details direct via the Stripe platform and may be asked to approve their terms of business.
We do not keep any of your credit details and any other information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever.
The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information pertaining to your order. We will not send you periodic emails unless you elect to join our mailing list. Even when you do this, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the ‘update profile’ or ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of your email.
All images and content on this site are the property of SallyMills.gallery and protected by international copyright laws. It may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any way without the prior written permission of Sally Mills.
The purchase of any product does not provide the purchaser with any copyright interest or other intellectual property right in the product even after ownership of artworks, including commissions.
Sally Mills reserves the right to produce prints and other merchandise of her artworks unless a written exclusivity agreement has been made.
Product information and Purchasing
The prints are made to order and are of the highest quality giclée prints on Fine Art museum quality paper and canvas. All prints are a limited edition of 75, signed by Sally and numbered.
Sizes are of the actual painting only, width x height and are approximate. On paper there will be approximately a 2.5cm white border and on canvas approximately 7.5cm white border to allow you to stretch frame the art.
Prices include the print only (no mount or frame) and please note that the colours on screen have been reproduced as accurately as possible but colour of digital images can sometimes differ slightly from the original.
We ask for a deposit of 50% of the agreed price and payment is required before work on the commission commences. The remaining 50% to be paid on completion of the work. Commissioned artwork deposits are non-refundable
Postal and Costs
We post the print in a heavy duty cardboard tube to prevent creasing and once the order has been paid for, we’re ready to ship in approximately 7 to 10 days. Post is via express mail. Cost of postage to the UK is a flat rate of 10pounds and anywhere else in the World, 20pounds.
Customs and Import Duty Information
For all countries except UK, you may be required to pay import taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Sallymills.gallery does not collect duties and taxes and unfortunately can’t predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policy, please contact your local customs office.
Not happy with your Art or Merchandise
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase then please get in touch with Sally Mills (details on contact page) and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue to our best ability.
If the art is to be returned, you will need to inform us in writing within seven days after receiving the artworks. Artworks must be returned in the original packaging and with all relevant documentation within fourteen days. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any returned artwork is packaged securely. Once we have received the artworks and agree that the item/s are not to our satisfactory quality, we will be happy to honour your request for an exchange or a full refund.
With regards to damaged artwork, all art is dispatched by recorded delivery so please check your package before you sign as by signing, you are accepting responsibility for the package. No refund can be offered once the package is signed for. If the Artworks are damaged, photographic evidence must be submitted and the damaged artworks returned immediately and a full refund will be offered.
